*FULFILLING ORDERS* 

• Orders are filled based on date they are received, first come first serve basis. By ordering now, you will get on the waitlist and then we should be able to start fulfilling orders received, starting in April. 
  • We will typically reach out one to two weeks before your order is ready to give you ample time to set-up your brooder or incubator.
  •If you will be out of town, please leave a note (on the checkout page) of the dates that do not work for delivery, and we can schedule around those dates.
  • Please keep in mind, although Sunshine Gardens has  a wonderful, high quality breeding program, they are working with LIVING CREATURES. We can only offer what they produce and nothing more.

• At Bloomington Farm & Feed, we source our chicks from Sunshine Gardens Poultry which uses professional sexing methods to determine gender. While these methods are highly accurate, they are not 100% guaranteed, meaning there is a small chance of receiving a male chick. This is called “straight run”. 
  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or guarantees on the sex of any chick.
  • For those wanting to ensure a flock of only hens, we recommend considering sex-linked breeds, which are feather sexable at birth.
