Raised Coop

Competent Custom Pet Quarters is a Minnesota local who has many variations availed to best suit your yard and flock! Each coop comes standard with number of windows and size listed, big access door, small chicken door and your color preference. 

Raised coops are strong enough to last through our Minnesota winters! No need to waste your time with thin and cheaper brands that will only last a year or so.

Some cities have specific requirements like "must be 18 inches off the ground" or "must provide space at the amount of 4 square feet per bird in the coop", and so we do our best to take all of that into account when building your coops!

However, please look up your city's requirements before purchasing a coop to ensure you are following all of the listed codes of your city.

These coops have nesting boxes conveniently on the outside of the coops, to give ample enough room for your flock to be cozy, year-round. 

Choose your preferred size, then color (All exterior trim will be white) and you're all set! 

If you would like a covered run built, to go along with your coop, this feature is available for an additional fee via the coop builder. See below for more info  

NOTE: Once you place your order we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your purchase and answer any additional questions you may have, before we send the info to the builder to get started on your coop. 
If you would like a run built in addition to the coop, we will be happy to discuss that during our phone call. 

Delivery fees are about $250. This fee plus any additional services like having a covered run built, will be due at the time of delivery, and will be paid directly to the builder. 

Builder is located near Baxter. Pickup is available as well and can be discussed further after the initial purchase is complete. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 
There will be a $200 cancellation fee for any coops or items that have begun being built. This amount will be deducted from the refund of the initial purchase.
