Custom Raised Coop - Built to Order

Built for Minnesota backyards and the flocks that call them home, our custom raised chicken coops are designed to go the distance — through blizzards, freeze-thaw cycles, and everything in between.

Each coop is built to order by Competent Custom Pet Quarters, a Minnesota-local builder with a reputation for quality that outlasts the cheap box-store alternatives. Nesting boxes are positioned on the outside of the coop for easy egg collection without disturbing your birds.

Standard features on every raised coop:

• Windows (quantity and size per model)
• Large access door + small chicken door
• Exterior nesting boxes
• Your choice of color (all exterior trim is white)
• Raised design — ideal for cities requiring 18" minimum clearance

Optional add-on: Want a covered run? We can discuss that after your order is placed — just mention it during your follow-up call.

📦 How it works: Place your order online and we'll reach out within 48 hours to confirm details and connect you with the builder. Delivery is approximately $250, due at time of delivery. Pickup near Baxter is also available.

Cancellation policy: A $200 fee applies to any coop that has begun construction, deducted from your refund.

Please check your city's zoning requirements before purchasing — some municipalities require minimum square footage per bird or specific clearance heights.
